Not exactly a tropical paradise, but a nice solid island!
And this purchase includes two parcels of land: an island and a waterfront parcel. The waterfront lot is 1/4 acre with 68 feet on the Bras d`Or Lakes and a right-of-way across the railroad track. The other parcel is a small island sitting a few hundred yards from shore and is approximately 3/4 acre.
0.8 acres for under $30,000 Canadian is a very good deal.
Boating, fishing, and relaxing yet not too far from civilisation.
